This Colorado summer Arrowhead Golf Course wedding was seriously stunning!! My couple was even MORE so. I cannot say enough sweet words about both Lindsay and Aaron. Literally one of the sweetest couples I have ever met and they were very intentional in making it known how much they appreciated me. I actually met Lindsay beforehand for a solo shoot (Aaron didn’t know) and we hit it off! It made the wedding that much more meaningful to already know them. Not only that, but they appreciated me so so much throughout their entire wedding process. Constantly thanking me for what I did, and it truly went a long way. For their honeymoon, they went to Costa Rica, and they mailed me back coffee….the sweetest gesture ever! They showed so much gratitude not only me to me, but all the people they care for, and it was obvious throughout their wedding process!
Lindsay and Aaron hosted a welcome party the day before their wedding downtown and celebrated with their friends and family . It included watching the Rockies fireworks at the end of the night! I was able to be there to capture their welcome party who also had a special guest … QUESO their dog who is extremely important to them. He was the cutest and was a total natural in front of the camera.
The day of their wedding, it POURED, I mean POURING RAIN. We all made the quick call when we saw a little break in the sky and let me tell you when Lindsay walked down the aisle it literally STOPPED raining!! It was a magical moment. Not only that, but we got a DOUBLE rainbow later throughout the night. SERIOUSLY so memorable. Arrowhead Golf Course is a gorgeous venue with insane views of the Red Rocks. I absolutely loved the portraits we got of Lindsay and Aaron in front of them!
We NEED to talk about the Sweet Cow Ice Cream Truck that pulled up to their reception and catered for dessert!! The ice cream sandwiches were INCREDIBLE.
